Teaching Personnel is on the lookout for caring, committed, and enthusiastic individuals to join our next cohort of Unqualified Postgraduate Teaching Assistants! You'll be supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across a variety of inclusive mainstream and specialist schools.

Role Overview:
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (may vary slightly by school)
Schedule: Monday to Friday (term-time only)
Locations: Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire
Potential for permanent employment for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support pupils with SEN in small groups or 1:1
✅ Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
✅ Assist in delivering tailored lessons and activities
✅ Help implement EHCPs (Education, Health & Care Plans)
✅ Create a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment
✅ Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
Who We’re Looking For:
Passionate about education and supporting young people
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Experience with SEN or behavioural needs (desirable, not essential)
Background in education, care, or sports coaching (preferred)
Flexible and adaptable to meet individual student needs
