Contract: Full-time, term time only
Salary: £85-110 per day

The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and provide high-quality support to children with additional learning needs. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) both individually and in small groups
Assist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
Deliver interventions to those struggling academically or socially.
Help with classroom management and behaviour support
Monitor and report on pupils' progress and development
Support pupils' social and emotional developmentRequirements:
Experience working with children with SEN preferred (Autism, ADHD, etc)
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teamWhy Tempest Education?
