Salary: £83 – £95 per day (depending on experience)

Do you have the patience, empathy, and energy to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We’re looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join our schools in Redcar, where you’ll help pupils feel supported, confident, and ready to learn.
Your Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs.
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored interventions.
Create a calm, structured learning environment where every child can thrive.
Support pupils both academically and emotionally, celebrating every success.
Follow safeguarding procedures to keep children safe and supported.
About You
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school or care setting).
A patient, positive, and resilient approach to working with children.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
A genuine passion for helping children overcome challenges and reach their potential.
