Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionalsRequirements:
Experience working with children, ideally in an educational or SEN setting
Understanding of SEN such as autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience in Key Stage 1 or 2
