Your responsibilities will include:
Providing tailored 1:1 or small group support to children with additional needs
Assisting with learning activities and adapting materials where required
Encouraging independence and building children's social and emotional skills
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create consistent support strategies
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
Have previous experience supporting children with SEN (such as ASD, ADHD, or SEMH)
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and a positive approach to challenges
Are passionate about helping every child thrive in their education
