Location: Hayes, London
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time
Salary: Up to £120 per day (dependent on experience)
We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Hayes (UB3) seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support four pupils with ASD in a Year 4 class.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with autism
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
* Foster a calm and inclusive learning environment
* Support the pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
About You:
* Proven experience supporting children with ASD in a primary school setting
* Confident working with multiple pupils with additional needs within a classroom
* Skilled in using strategies to promote engagement, emotional regulation, and independence
