A fantastic primary school in Shrewsbury is urgently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Reception pupil. This is an immediate start role for someone who can make a real difference from day one.
The Role
Provide one-to-one support for a Reception-aged pupil
Assist with learning, social development, and daily routines
Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to meet the pupil's individual needs
Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For
Experience working with young children, ideally in a 1:1 or SEND capacity
Caring, patient, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
