We are seeking enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join a friendly rural school near Oswestry. We have various roles available, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, and are looking for people who are passionate about making a real difference in children's lives.
The Role
Support pupils with SEND in the classroom and during interventions
Assist in delivering individualised learning programs
Work closely with teachers, SENDCo, and parents to help pupils achieve their potential
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
We're Looking For
Experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
A caring, patient, and flexible approach
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Enthusiasm and dedication to supporting children's learning and development
