The Role:

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support

Providing 1:1 and small group assistance for pupils with complex learning and developmental needs
*
Supporting pupils’ emotional, social, and academic development
*
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience supporting children with SEN and complex needs (essential)
*
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to behaviour management
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team

A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
