SEN Teaching Assistant , Hillingdon
Hillingdon | Full time | Temp-to-Perm | £100 per day

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will:
* Support children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and moderate learning difficulties
* Tailor, differentiate and accommodate work according to needs of students
* Work collaboratively with staff to support learning development and progress
Person Specification
essential
* Experience supporting children or young people with ASC or MLD (
* Familiarity with SEN strategies and tools
* A caring, calm, and consistent approach
* Must be available full-time (5 days a week)
desirable
* Team Teach or positive behaviour management training
* Experience with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
* Understanding of safeguarding in SEN settings
