A welcoming and well-resourced SEN school in Reading is seeking a patient, proactive, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting children with a range of special needs including Autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties.
This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with experience in SEN, care, or child development who are looking to pursue a career in education, therapy, or psychology. You will work alongside experienced teachers, therapists, and specialists to deliver tailored support and ensure all children feel safe, supported, and able to thrive.

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Reading
Salary: £89-£100 per day
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
Start Date: ASAP
Ideal for: Psychology, Education, or Counselling Graduates or individuals with experience in care, SEN, or support workSEN Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs in class and during activities
Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to each child
