SEN Teaching Assistant - Specialist Academy
Location: Longfield, Kent
Pay: £95-£110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Long-term / Permanent / Day to Day Supply
Start Date: ASAP
We're working with an Outstanding SEN academy in the DA3 area that supports pupils aged 2-19 with a range of needs including ASD, SLD, PMLD and complex communication difficulties.
Your Role
Support teaching and learning in small, specialist classes.
Help pupils with communication, sensory and physical needs.
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.About You
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (preferred).
Calm, patient and positive approach.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Passionate about making a difference in special education.Why Apply?
