The Role: Here at Aspire People, we are looking for passionate and patient Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and care to our students, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the delivery of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs. * Support pupils' social, emotional, and physical development within the classroom and during activities. * Help prepare teaching materials and resources. * Supervise and assist students during lessons, breaks, and outings. * Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to meet students' needs. * Promote a safe and positive environment for all students. Person Specification: * Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable. * Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. * Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. * Commitment to promoting inclusivity and positive behaviour. * Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training.
