SEN Teaching Assistant - Kettering, Northamptonshire - Immediate Start - £90-£100 per day (PAYE) - Full-Time
Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kettering, Northamptonshire, to recruit a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in supporting pupils with special educational needs who is ready to make a real difference in a caring and vibrant school community.

About the role:
Provide targeted support to pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and one-to-one support.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes independence and confidence.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support consistent progress.
Adapt strategies and resources to meet individual needs effectively.
About you:
Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN in a UK school setting.
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them.
Right to work in the UK.
