Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant ready to support Key Stage 1 pupils to thrive? Academics are looking for dedicated professionals to join supportive schools in Keighley, helping children with a wide range of special educational needs.
Your Role:
Support 1:1 and small groups of KS1 pupils with SEN.
Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social skills.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies.
Provide personal care and wellbeing support when needed.
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals.We're Looking For Someone With:
Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in any of these areas:
SPLD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, SLCN, HI, VI, MSI, PD, ASD
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude and genuine passion for helping children succeed.
