Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £110-£120 per day, based on experience

We're looking for an experienced and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join an outstanding and welcoming school located in Streatham Vale, Lambeth this September. You'll be liaising with staff members across the school to ensure all pupils feel supported, understood and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll assist children with a range of needs - including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties. Whether it's providing 1:1 support, running small group sessions, or helping create a peaceful and diverse classroom, your role will make a huge impact daily towards every child's development.
You'll be working closely with a supportive team of teachers, SENCOs, and other assistants who are enthusiastic about inclusive education and making school a safe and welcoming place for every child.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN (in a mainstream or SEN setting)
Someone who is proactive, passionate and caring.
A team player who's happy to get involved and support wherever needed.
Ideally, someone with relevant training (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, TA qualification), though this isn't essential as training will also be provided.
A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
