£92.56 - £105 per day (PAYE) | Full-time | Long-term Opportunity

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to work in a supportive, specialist setting?

A well-established specialist school in the Northwich area is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing environment where you can make a genuine difference to students' development and wellbeing.

The Role:

Supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
Supporting engagement, behaviour, and emotional development
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines
Helping to create a positive and structured learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience working with SEN or additional needs
Background as a: 
Teaching Assistant
Support Worker
Care Worker
A calm, patient and consistent approach
Strong relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for supporting young people
