Job Description
radewind Recruitment is currently looking for compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with high needs, including personal care, in specialist SEND schools across Wandsworth. These are full-time, long-term positions offering rewarding opportunities to make a real impact in students' daily lives.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex physical and learning needs
Assist with personal care routines including toileting, feeding, and hygiene, maintaining dignity and respect at all times
Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and healthcare professionals
Support pupils' independence, emotional wellbeing, and engagement in learning
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school environment
