SEN Teaching Assistant - Derby City Centre - September 2025 Start
Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be working with a supportive and inclusive Primary School in the heart of Derby City Centre, currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with special educational needs
Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and contribute to the assessment of pupil progress
Support children with a range of needs, including communication difficulties, autism, ADHD, or learning delays
Help promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being
