SEN TEaching Assistant (Secondary) Teach Now is thrilled to offer a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated SEN teaching assistant to join a thriving secondary school in the heart of Hertfordshire. The role In this role, you will work closely with classroom teachers and the SENCO team to support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH. You will provide 1:1 assistance, small group support, and help manage behaviour in a calm and professional manner. Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach are essential.
