Job Description

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Special Educational Needs) Hours: Full-time, part-time, and flexible day-to-day roles available Location: Mansfield Pay: £85 - £100 per day (depending on qualifications and experience) Start Date: September 2025 Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs in their learning journey? Can you build strong, positive relationships with pupils to help them thrive academically and socially? Monarch Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Mansfield. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and proactive-ready to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.
