Our partner schools seek dedicated professionals or individuals with transferable skills to work across various areas, including Primary Support, Secondary Support, PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) SEMH (Social Emotional and Mental Health), Complex Needs and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Key Details:
Start Date: ASAP – Immediate openings available to match your schedule.
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Begin with a temporary contract and transition into a permanent role based on whether the role is right for you!
Pay: £90-£95 per day – Competitive rates paid weekly through Teaching Personnel dependent on experience.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support for pupils with special educational needs.
Collaborate with teachers on personalized learning plans.
Create a positive and safe environment for emotional and social development.

What We're Looking For:
Passion for supporting children and young people with SEN.
Previous education or care experience preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
Willingness to undertake relevant training.
