Job Description
Prospero Teaching is looking for caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Support Buddies to join a lovely SEN Specialist School in Totton, Hampshire.
This school is a welcoming and supportive place where staff work together to create a nurturing environment for pupils aged 5-19 with Autism and associated complex needs.

Job Details:
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Monday & Tuesday (08:30 - 16:30), Wednesday & Thursday (08:30 - 16:00), Friday (08:30 - 15:00)
Full or Part-Time: Flexible days available (part-time hours not accommodated)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term-time only)
Hourly Rate: Minimum £13.96 per hour
Location: Totton, Hampshire
Contract: Temp-To-Perm
What We're Looking For
A kind heart, a patient mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
GCSE Maths & English (grade C or level 4) are essential.
Previous experience is a bonus, but if you're new and passionate, your application will be welcomed.
A resilient and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
What You'll Need to Join

Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references from education or childcare.
