Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with special educational needs? We are looking for dedicated, compassionate SEN Tutors to join our growing team in Didcot and the surrounding area.
About the Role
As an SEN Tutor, you will work one-to-one with students in their homes, schools, or local community venues. You will support students primarily primary-aged, with occasional secondary learners, with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning differences.
Key Responsibilities
Assess student abilities and learning requirements
Plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
Adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs and learning styles
Build positive relationships with students and families
Provide feedback on progress and collaborate with wider support teams where needed
What We’re Looking For
QTS or a minimum of 3 years’ tutoring experience
Experience supporting learners with SEN, particularly ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A patient, supportive, and flexible approach
Ability to work independently and travel locally

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
