SEN Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 per hour
Job Duties:
Provide tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs (SEN)
Create individualised learning plans based on students' specific requirements and abilities
Deliver effective teaching sessions using appropriate resources and methods to enhance learning outcomes
Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
Collaborate with other educational professionals, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive support for students
Required Qualifications:
Recognised teaching qualification
Experience working with students with SEN
Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in SEN
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of SEN legislation and best practises
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialist SEN qualification
Experience working in a diverse classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
