Job Description

SEN Tutor - Lancashire - Across the Northwest GBP25/hr | Part-Time | Start ASAP Prospero Teaching is seeking experienced 1:1 Tutors across Lancashire to support pupils with SEN who are currently outside mainstream education. Key Details: · Subjects: English, Maths, Science · Location: In the community or pupils home · Start Date: ASAP Pay: From GBP25/hr · Type: Ongoing, part-time contract Requirements: · Right to work in the UK · Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) · QTS or relevant tutoring experience · Experience with SEN pupils (preferred) · Two professional references · Overseas Police Check (if applicable) The Role: Youll be delivering tailored, 1:1 sessions to support vulnerable pupils with their learning and development. A patient and flexible approach is essential. Sessions aim to re-engage students and help them transition back into education. Weekly progress reports are required.
