Prospero Teaching is looking for a dedicated Qualified SEND Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition for pupils in and around Norfolk with additional learning and behavioural needs.
In this role, you will plan and deliver tailored lessons designed to close learning gaps, build confidence, and help pupils re-engage with their education. Many of the young people you will support have been out of formal schooling for a period of time, so patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching approach are essential.
This role is ideal for experienced teachers or tutors who are looking to step away from the traditional classroom and focus on meaningful, individual support.
Prospero Teaching will work closely with you to support pupil progress and ensure positive learning outcomes.

Hours: Flexible (2-30 per week)
Pay Rate: £25 - £32 per hour
Experience, Training & Qualifications
QTS
Minimum 6 months' experience in a UK school or tutoring environment
Experience supporting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs
To be eligible, you must:
Have the Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
