Fantastic Temp-to-Perm SENDCO Opportunity in Tower Hamlets! Role: Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCO) Location: Tower Hamlets Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 Salary: Up to MPS6 with SEN 1 - Up to £282.49 per day (Paid PAYE) SANZA Teaching Agency is thrilled to be working exclusively with a highly regarded primary school in Tower Hamlets to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled SENDCO. The school is recognised for its exceptional SEN and Inclusion practice and is dedicated to ensuring every pupil flourishes - academically, socially, and emotionally. About the School Situated in the vibrant community of Tower Hamlets, this warm and inclusive faith-based primary school is deeply committed to supporting children with diverse needs. With roughly a third of pupils on the SEN register, the school offers personalised support, targeted interventions, and an unwavering belief in the potential of every child. The Opportunity This temp-to-perm role offers an exciting chance to lead SEND provision across EYFS and Key Stage 1, ensuring the youngest learners receive tailored, high-quality support during their foundational years. Key responsibilities include: Leading and coordinating SEND support across EYFS & KS1 Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and specialist services Tracking pupil progress and ensuring effective strategies are consistently applied Delivering coaching, guidance, and CPD on SEND and inclusion Contributing to the strategic development of SEND provision across the school The Inclusion Team You will be part of a strong and supportive team consisting of two experienced SENDCOs and an Inclusion Lead. Responsibilities are thoughtfully shared, ensuring a manageable workload and a collaborative working environment.
