Job Description
A respected and inclusive secondary school in Stroud is looking to appoint an experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision. The school is proud of its inclusive ethos and is seeking a strong leader with a vision for excellent SEN practice.

Your Role:

Coordinate all SEND provision, including statutory and non-statutory support
*
Ensure EHCP processes, reviews and interventions are managed effectively
*
Provide staff training, coaching and guidance on inclusive teaching
*
Work closely with families and external professionals
*
Monitor data and lead SEND progress reviews
What They’re Looking For:
*
A qualified SENCO (or someone completing the NASENCO qualification)
*
Experience leading or coordinating SEN provision in a school setting
*
Up-to-date knowledge of SEND legislation and best practices
*
Organisational strength, clear communication and a commitment to pupil outcomes
