Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
An ambitious and inclusive secondary school in Slough is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced SENDCo for a September start. This is a strategic leadership role in a school that is deeply committed to supporting students with additional needs.

Your Role:

Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school

Ensure EHCPs and support plans are fully implemented

Line manage a team of support staff and advise colleagues on best practice
*
Liaise with external agencies, families, and the local authority
What You’ll Need:

Qualified teacher status (QTS)
*
National SENCo Award (or willingness to obtain)
*
Deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
*
Strong communication, leadership, and organisation skills
*
Enhanced DBS check
