Location: Beaconsfield Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance An excellent and high-achieving mainstream secondary school in Beaconsfield is looking to appoint an experienced and compassionate SENCO to lead inclusive practice and support the diverse learning needs of its students from September. With a growing and diverse student population, the school is firmly committed to providing outstanding pastoral care and tailored support for all learners. As SENCO, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, overseeing the provision for students with SEND, managing EHCPs, liaising with external agencies, and leading a team of dedicated LSAs and intervention staff.
