Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
A high-performing and inclusive secondary school in Farnborough is seeking a qualified and driven SENCO to lead their SEND provision from September. The school has made significant strides in inclusive education and now seeks an experienced practitioner to continue this work with passion and strategic vision.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SLT, parents, and wider support services to ensure that every student receives personalised support and the opportunity to thrive.

Main duties:

Managing EHCPs, interventions, and team of TAs

Advising teachers and support staff on best practice and differentiation

Leading external relationships with educational psychologists and local authorities
Who we are looking for:

QTS and NASENCO qualification (or enrolled in the programme)
*
Proven experience in coordinating SEND provision in a secondary setting
*
Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
*
Enhanced DBS and excellent communication skills
