Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
A respected and inclusive secondary school in Bridgwater is looking for an experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision starting this September. The school takes a holistic approach to student development and prides itself on a warm, collaborative culture and strong leadership.

Requirements:

QTS and a NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
*
Proven experience supporting students with a range of additional needs
*
Leadership skills, empathy, and excellent communication
*
Enhanced DBS required
