SENCo Job – Secondary Alternative Provision in Hillingdon Start Date: September 2025 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Interviews: Ongoing this academic year Salary: UPS / Leadership Scale (dependent on experience) Location: Hillingdon, West London Required: QTS & National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) Are you a passionate and experienced SENCo looking for a fulfilling leadership role in a dynamic alternative provision setting? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and supportive SEN school in Hillingdon, where your expertise will help shape the educational journey of some of the most vulnerable learners in the borough. About the School: This alternative provision caters to secondary-aged students with a wide range of special educational needs and additional challenges, including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and complex behaviour profiles. Located in Hillingdon, the school offers a structured and nurturing learning environment tailored to individual needs. The SEN school has a strong team of teaching and support staff, all committed to ensuring that every student reaches their full potential. As SENCo, you will be part of the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role in leading SEND strategy, interventions, and compliance across the school.
