SENCO – Highly Regarded Secondary School – Slough – September 2025 Start
Location: Slough
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance
This highly regarded and inclusive secondary school in Slough is seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to lead their SEND provision starting September 2025. The school is committed to providing outstanding support for every learner and values innovation in inclusion practices.

What You’ll Need:

Qualified Teacher Status and National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete)

Proven experience supporting learners with a wide range of needs
*
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

A patient, reflective, and empathetic approach
