The Role – SENCo
We are seeking a dedicated and organised SENCo to join our thriving school community from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for someone who is passionate about inclusion and has a thorough understanding of SEND processes, interventions, and statutory requirements.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils with additional needs. You’ll lead on EHCPs, oversee provision mapping, and play a key role in the development of whole-school SEND practice.
