Job Title: SENCO
Location: Hackney (close to Kings Cross, Islington)
Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (September 2025 - July 2026)
Salary: £46,338 - £60,464 (depending on experience)

Take full responsibility for SEND strategy and provision across the school
Lead on EHCPs, interventions, and staff training related to SEN
Work closely with senior leaders and external agencies
Support class teachers in adapting teaching for pupils with additional needs
Drive a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all learners as SENCOSENCO - Candidate Profile
Must hold a NASENCO qualification
Prior experience as a SENCO or significant experience in SEND leadership
Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory frameworks
Passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with special educational needs
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skillsSENCO - Why This School?
