An inclusive and progressive secondary school situated in North Petherton, close to Taunton, is seeking a committed and experienced SENCO to join their team in a full-time, permanent position from September 2025. *
Track and monitor student progress and tailor intervention programmes accordingly
*
Champion a school culture of inclusion, access, and equal opportunity
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Has NASENCO qualification (or is currently working towards it)
*
Has experience working with children and young people with a range of additional needs
*
Brings a deep understanding of SEND legislation, good practice, and inclusive pedagogy
*
Is a collaborative, empathetic leader who works well across teams and systems
