Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a skilled and compassionate SENCO to take on a full-time, permanent position from September 2025. This role will involve leading the school’s SEND provision, overseeing interventions, and driving inclusive teaching practice across all departments.
The school places a strong emphasis on student wellbeing and accessibility, and the SENCO will be a key figure in its ongoing strategy to remove barriers to learning for all pupils. You will lead a dedicated team of teaching assistants and coordinate support for students with a wide range of needs, including those with EHCPs.
