Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR
An inclusive and rewarding secondary school in Beaconsfield is seeking a committed and experienced SENCO to take the lead on special educational needs provision from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role is suited to a candidate with a passion for inclusive education and a desire to make a real difference.
The school has a well-established SEND team and a strong reputation for supporting pupils with a wide range of needs. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure that every student has access to high-quality teaching and tailored support.

The Right Candidate Will:

Hold the NASENCO qualification (or be working toward it)

Be an experienced, reflective, and passionate SEND practitioner

Have excellent communication and team leadership skills
*
Demonstrate a student-centred, flexible approach to learning
