Job Description

SENCO – Inclusive Secondary School – Taunton – September 2025 Start Location: Taunton Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR A well-regarded and inclusive secondary school in Taunton is seeking an experienced and committed SENCO to lead its Special Educational Needs provision from September 2025. This full-time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for inclusive education and a track record of supporting students with diverse learning needs. The school prides itself on its holistic approach, ensuring that all students, regardless of background or ability, feel supported, safe, and successful. The SEN department is at the heart of this ethos, and the incoming SENCO will play a pivotal role in driving student success and equity across the school.
