A highly regarded and inclusive secondary school in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead their Special Educational Needs provision from September 2025. This key leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student success and wellbeing.

SEN Department

Your Role
Lead the strategic development of SEND provision, ensuring compliance and high-quality support. Manage the SEN team and coordinate interventions across the school. Ideal Candidate
Qualified teacher status with SENDCO accreditation is essential. You will have strong leadership skills, experience in SEND provision, and excellent communication and organisational abilities. A passion for inclusion and improving outcomes for all learners is vital.
