Are you a proactive and strategic SENCo ready to champion inclusive education?
A respected secondary school in Wimborne (near Bournemouth) is recruiting a full-time SENCo to lead on SEND provision for September 2025.
The Role
You will guide individualised support, oversee EHCP implementation, and foster inclusive teaching practices across the school community.
Key responsibilities will include:

Overseeing SEND assessments, plans, and compliance

Leading and training support staff
*
Working with parents, professionals, and external agencies
*
Promoting school-wide inclusion and differentiated practices
