SENCO required for a permanent, full-time role from September
Supportive Secondary School near Andover
Key leadership opportunity to develop and implement SEND strategy
A high-achieving and inclusive school near Andover is looking for a passionate and experienced SENCO to join their pastoral leadership team. You will coordinate SEND support, manage a team of TAs and intervention staff, liaise with external agencies, and ensure every learner has access to personalised, effective provision.
This is a vital leadership role in a school that values inclusion and equality at its core.
Experience and Qualifications
• National SENCO Award (or willingness to obtain it)
• QTS and experience supporting SEND in a secondary setting
• Excellent knowledge of SEND Code of Practice, EHCP process, and differentiation strategies
• Ability to lead a team and deliver high-impact CPD
• Full right to work in the UK
