The Role
You will oversee the identification and support of students with special educational needs, coordinate EHCPs, and work closely with teaching staff to embed inclusive practices. You will also lead staff training and ensure the school meets statutory SEND responsibilities.
Candidate Profile

Qualified Teacher Status with experience in SEND leadership or coordination

Proven ability to lead and manage SEND teams and initiatives

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
