Job Description
We are looking for a SENCO to join an inclusive and highly regarded secondary school in Oxford.
Full-time SENCO required from September

Experienced SENCO to lead SEND provision and support student achievement
This role is for an experienced SENCO who will oversee the SEND department, manage assessments, coordinate support plans, and liaise with families and external agencies. You will work closely with staff to ensure all students’ needs are met in an inclusive environment.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (NASENCo or equivalent)
• Proven experience in SEND leadership and provision
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to develop personalised learning plans
• Eligible to work in the UK
