We are looking for a SENCO to join an outstanding and inclusive school in Salisbury.

We are seeking an experienced SENCO to lead SEND support across the school, ensuring all students receive appropriate interventions and support to thrive academically and socially. This is a full-time permanent position within a forward-thinking, inclusive school committed to high standards and personalised learning.
Experience and Qualifications
• Qualified teacher with SENCO accreditation (NASENCo or equivalent)
• Proven leadership and management experience in SEND
• Ability to coordinate with external agencies and families
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Right to work in the UK
