SENCo – Primary School – Southwark
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to join a thriving primary school in Southwark. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, supporting pupils with a wide range of needs and ensuring every child has the chance to succeed.
The Role:
Lead the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.
Work closely with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure high-quality support for pupils.
Coordinate and oversee EHCP processes, interventions, and individual support plans.
Deliver staff training to promote best practice in inclusive teaching and learning.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on SEND provision and progress.The School Offers:

Dedicated time for the SENCo role.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
NASENCo qualification (or be working towards it).
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and the SEND Code of Practice.
Proven experience supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A commitment to ensuring that every child reaches their full potential
