Smart Teachers is pleased to be working with this Ofsted Outstanding Secondary School based in the Borough of Hounslow. The school are looking to appoint a SENCO to join them in January or April 26.

The Role is a full time role to start in Jan or April 26.As the SENDCO, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of SEND provision across the school. Requirements
To be considered for the role of SENCO - Outstanding secondary school located in the borough of Hounslow - Jan 26 you will:
Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and relevant legislation.
Has a proven record of working successfully with SEND children.
Is passionate about working with young people and committed to an inclusive approach to learning.
Is committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential.
Has experience of supporting and developing the practice of LSAs.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
