The Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across KS3 subjects

Support students with a range of abilities and additional needs
*
Build strong, positive relationships to support behaviour and engagement
*
Create a structured and inclusive classroom environment
*
Track and monitor student progress, adapting teaching where needed
*
Work closely with support staff, SEN teams, and leadership
Requirements
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*
Experience working with KS3 students (mainstream or alternative provision)
*
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*
A flexible and resilient approach to teaching
*
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
*
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
